1. Who is responsible
M15 Analysis LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States, trading as Royal Gold Insights, is the controller of personal data collected through this website and our member channels. Contact us at support@royalgoldsignals.com.
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Purchase details — name, email address and billing country when you buy a membership. Card details are entered with our payment processor and are never received or stored by us.
- Messaging identifiers — your Telegram username or user ID when you join one of our channels, so access can be granted, verified and later removed when a term ends.
- Correspondence — the content of emails or messages you send to support.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, language and referring page.
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, links and buttons clicked, and the path taken through the site.
- Advertising measurement data — identifiers that let us attribute a purchase or sign-up to the campaign that produced it, including click identifiers passed in the URL by advertising platforms.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and equivalent browser storage to keep the site working, to understand how it is used, and to measure advertising. Some of these are set from our own domain — including through a first-party endpoint on this domain that forwards measurement data to our processors — which means they can persist for longer than cookies set directly by third parties, in some cases up to approximately 400 days.
- Strictly necessary — security, load balancing and basic delivery of the site. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — aggregate measurement of traffic and page performance so we can improve the site.
- Advertising and measurement — attributing conversions to campaigns, measuring which advertising is effective, and building audiences on advertising platforms.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not affect access to any content you have paid for.
4. Why we process your data
- To provide the service — issuing, maintaining and ending access to member channels. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To take payment and keep the records required for accounting and tax. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- To provide support and respond to your messages. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- To measure and improve the website and our advertising. Legal basis: consent where required, otherwise legitimate interests.
- To protect the service against fraud, abuse and unauthorised access. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, and only as far as each needs:
- Payment processing — to take payment and to confirm it so access can be issued.
- Content delivery and messaging — the messaging platform that hosts our member channels.
- Hosting and security — our website host and content delivery network.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — for measurement and campaign attribution, including through server-side forwarding from our own domain.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
Some of these providers operate in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of your region we rely on the transfer mechanisms offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Purchase and billing records: as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically seven years.
- Membership and channel access records: for the term plus a short period afterwards to handle access and support queries.
- Support correspondence: up to two years.
- Analytics and advertising identifiers: up to approximately 400 days, unless you clear them earlier.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Exercise any of these by emailing support@royalgoldsignals.com; we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect personal data. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risk and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on the website.
