1. Who we are

This website and the Royal Gold Insights brand are owned and operated by M15 Analysis LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). References to “you” mean any visitor to this website or holder of a membership.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, joining our channels or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and by our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. What the service is

We publish educational content and market commentary relating to gold (XAUUSD), including written analysis, annotated charts, structured learning material and risk-management education. Content is delivered through this website and through our member channels.

3.1 What the service is not

• We are not a financial adviser, broker, dealer or portfolio manager, and we are not registered as such with any regulator.
• We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice or personal recommendations of any kind.
• We do not issue instructions to buy or sell, and nothing we publish should be treated as such.
• We do not accept deposits, hold client funds, manage accounts or place trades on anyone's behalf.
• We do not guarantee profits, returns, accuracy rates or any particular outcome.

All content is general in nature. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation, experience or needs. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for any resulting outcome.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you live. We may decline or withdraw service where we believe this is not the case.

5. Membership and payment

• Memberships are sold as one-time payments for a fixed term (currently one, three or six months) at the prices shown on the plans page, in USD.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Access is issued once payment is confirmed and lasts for the term purchased. Access ends automatically when the term expires.
• There is no automatic renewal. No recurring charge is created, and you will not be billed again unless you purchase a new term yourself.
• Prices, plan contents and included features may change for future purchases. Changes do not affect a term you have already paid for.

6. Refund policy

Because a membership grants immediate access to proprietary digital content, we operate a strict no-refund policy. Once access has been issued, the purchase is final.

We make two exceptions. We will refund an accidental duplicate payment, and we will refund a purchase where a technical failure on our side prevented access from being delivered and we were unable to resolve it. In either case, contact support@royalgoldsignals.com within 48 hours of the payment.

Dissatisfaction with market conditions, with the direction of the gold price, or with the outcome of your own trades is not a ground for a refund.

7. Acceptable use

• Membership is personal to you. Do not share access links, credentials or member content with anyone else.
• Do not copy, republish, resell, redistribute or create derivative products from our content.
• Do not present our analysis as your own, or use it to solicit funds or clients.
• Do not use our channels to advertise, spam, harass other members or promote third-party services.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if these rules are breached.

8. Intellectual property

All content published under the Royal Gold Insights name — text, charts, annotations, learning material, branding and the design of this website — remains our property or that of our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other applicable rights. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access it for the duration of your membership. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party platforms

Content delivery relies on third-party platforms, including Telegram, and payment relies on a third-party processor. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we do not control their availability, features or decisions. An outage or account action on such a platform is outside our control and is not a ground for a refund.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to publish consistently but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or the channels. Coverage follows market sessions and may be reduced on public holidays or during periods of low liquidity. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we may amend these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading loss, investment loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, our content. Content is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the membership term in question.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your breach of any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you where you live.
